Arrive in Jaisalmer and proceed towards Sam Sand Dunes, where your desert adventure begins. The journey takes you through the changing landscapes of western Rajasthan as the historic city gradually gives way to the vast open surroundings of the Thar Desert.
On reaching the desert camp, receive a traditional Rajasthani welcome and complete the check-in formalities. Settle into your tent and take some time to relax before heading towards the dunes.
Later in the afternoon, enjoy a camel safari across the golden sands. The ride allows you to experience the desert from a traditional perspective while taking in the vast landscape surrounding Sam. As the sun begins to set, the dunes change colour, creating a spectacular setting for photographs and quiet moments in the desert.
Return to the camp after sunset and freshen up before joining the evening cultural programme. Enjoy traditional Rajasthani folk music and dance performances around the bonfire. Depending on the selected camp, the programme may include Kalbelia dance, fire performances, live folk music, or other entertainment.
